Stephen or Steve as his is more widely known has worked within the industry since 2001 and has been with the evolving business since that time. His role is to oversee the general daily running of the company office. Steve liaises with customers from when James hands the contract into the office. Steve works closely with all the company suppliers, and installers. Once the contract is sold, Steve is the main person that customers will deal with from sale to installation. He has a wide knowledge of locks and window sundries as well as glass and window and door systems.
Steve has an eye for details having spent time serving in HM Armed forces from leaving school until 2001 and is a proud ex Welsh Guardsman’s,
He also provides an invaluable service to the local community as he is an on call fireman, a post he has held for 20 years.
He lives locally with his wife and two daughters and when he has time often takes part in Ironman events.
